Dr. Malladi is an executive with more than 20 years' experience
in technology transfer, business development, acquisitions/alliances,
and strategic planning. He has extensive experience in evaluating
and negotiating successful, new technology, business opportunities.
With Reliance Industries, Dr. Malladi served as the Vice President
of New Business Development. He also spent 18 years at Mobil
Oil. He holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the Illinois
Institute of Technology.
Dr. Srinivas (Cnu) Sista
Cofounder, Vice President Research & Development
Dr. Sista is eVisions chief product architect. He has
more than 10 years experience in the digital signal/image-processing
field. His expertise covers everything from video coding to
multi-media, DSP, communications, content-based information
retrieval, multi-scale image processing, pattern/shape recognition,
multi-rate signal processing, and statistical estimation methods.
Dr. Sista holds a Ph.D. in Electrical & Computer Engineering
from Purdue University.
Kasu Sista
Cofounder, Vice President Technology
Mr. Sista has served as a Principal Consultant and has 20 years
experience in strategy, architecture, analysis, modeling, and
design information systems. He spent two years each, working
as a Principal Consultant at Navigant Consulting and Metzler
& Associates. Prior to that, Mr. Sista founded and served
as Principal for Links Technology. He holds a MS in Computer
Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
Peter Giegoldt
Vice President Operations
Mr. Giegoldt brings more than 32 years of diverse business,
consulting, and operational management experience to eVision.
He has served as Director at Navigant Consulting; as Senior
Vice President at SEI Corporation; and as Vice President at
the Chicago Board of Options. Mr. Giegoldt has extensive operational
expertise in new business start-ups, corporate restructuring,
business process re-engineering, systems development and implementation.
He holds a MBA in Systems Management from DePaul University.
Todd Lohenry
Director, Business Development
Mr. Lohenry is a seasoned business development manager with
extensive experience in the Digital Asset Management Market.
He has spent the past 5 years working in senior sales management
positions for Apple Computer, Inc. and CDXC. Prior to this,
he held business development and technical positions with leading
systems integrators Inacom, Entex Information Services, and
CompuCom Systems, Inc. Mr. Lohenry holds both a Bachelor of
Arts degree and a Master of Arts Degree in German Language from
Illinois State University.
Al Chou
Director, Product Management
Mr. Chou has over 18 years' experience in software consulting,
design, and development for databases and e-commerce infrastructures.
His strengths are in software related strategic consulting,
vendor management, product procurement, and new product introduction.
Mr. Chou has extensive experience at BP-Amoco in a variety of
information technology related technical and management capacities.
He also spent a year at Computer Sciences Corporation as a consultant.
He holds a BS in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University
and a MBA in Information Systems Management from Illinois Institute
of Technology.
Gregory Richardson
Director, Research and Development
Mr. Richardson has over 25 years of experience in designing
and building systems to support financial services and distributed
scientific analysis products using advanced technologies on
high performance workstations and microcomputers. He has worked
in database, A1, and conventional environments. He has particular
expertise in distributed processing and large database environments.
Joe Sebastian
Manager, Quality Assurance
Mr. Sebastian has 8 years' experience in diverse software
development and systems administration environments. For three
years, prior to joining eVision, he managed a large multi-vendor
IT infrastructure in a Fortune 500 computer services organization.
Prior to that, he managed hardware/software/support operations
for a software vendor. He has worked in many vertical industries
including IT Consulting, Banking, Accounting, Construction,
and Point-of-Sale on a wide variety of platforms ranging from
PCs to minicomputers. Hardware and software integration, UNIX
and NT systems, InterNetwork Routing and Switching, Win32 programming,
and SQL are among his skills.

Mr. Sharma has extensive international sales and marketing
experience, and established several successful, joint ventures

Ron Rassin

Mr. Rassin is an attorney with 34 years experience.

and protection of domain names, trademarks, service marks,
and the sale of goods and services in the business-to-business

Michael Moon
President, GISTICS, Inc.
Mr. Moon is the Cofounder of an internationally recognized
research and consulting firm called GISTICS, which was established
in 1987. Prior to that, he worked at several prominent Silicon
Valley market research and advertising firms including Regis
McKenna, and Lutat, Battey and Associates. Moon has also advised
Altos Computer, Apple Computer, Hewlett-Packard, Intel, MicroFocus,
Seagate Technology, Shugart Associates, SofTech Microsystems,
and other technology companies. Moon holds a degree in Religious
Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Mr.
Moon is a well-known author, lecturer, and evangelist in the

R. J. Siegel

Mr. Siegel was on the original Mac team at Apple Computer and has been an industry consultant for the last 2 decades. He has consulted with numerous international clients on various technology subjects and specializes in corporate communications and high-end graphics technology. Mr. Siegel currently works for vCatalyze, where he focuses on building strategic relationships between small businesses and potential investors.
Dr. Fred Sturdivant

Dr. Sturdivant is the Chairman of Reinventures, an executive
